Mike Jenkins

Mike brings more than two decades of real estate experience to The Jenkins Realty Group, having served buyers and sellers across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex since 2002.

Before real estate, Mike built his career in the hospitality industry — an experience that shaped the way he connects with people today. That background shows up in his approachable nature, his ability to put clients at ease, and the servant-minded way he shows up throughout the process.

Within the team, Mike is known as the analytical voice and the boots-on-the-ground presence. He has a natural curiosity for market trends — regularly studying reports, analyzing shifts in pricing and inventory, and understanding how neighborhood dynamics influence value.

But his strength isn’t just in the data — it’s in how he translates it in real time for clients.

He thrives in the field… hosting open houses, walking properties, and spending time face-to-face with buyers and sellers. Clients often appreciate his calm demeanor, lighthearted personality, and the way he blends humor with thoughtful insight during what can otherwise feel like a stressful process.

Mike’s geographic knowledge of the Dallas suburbs runs deep, and he takes pride in helping clients not just find a home — but understand the area, the lifestyle, and what makes each community unique.

Outside of real estate, Mike enjoys staying active through workouts, watching sports, walking the dogs, and spending time with family. He’s also someone who appreciates life’s simple pleasures — a good meal, a great glass of wine, and meaningful time around the table.

He begins each day grounded — reading his Bible in his favorite chair before stepping into the work of guiding clients through one of life’s biggest decisions.

Marilyn Jenkins

Marilyn has also helped many clients relocate into the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, providing not just housing guidance, but insight into lifestyle, neighborhoods, and what life truly looks like in each community.

Outside of real estate, Marilyn’s personality reflects the same intentional structure she brings to her work. She thrives on organization, loves planning and preparing healthy homemade meals, and finds joy in spending time with family — whether traveling, playing games, or simply being present together.

She’s an animal lover at heart (especially dogs), enjoys staying active through workouts and long walks outdoors, and begins each morning with espresso and time spent reading the Bible — grounding herself before guiding others through life-changing decisions.

Daniel Jenkins

Daniel brings energy and enthusiasm to The Jenkins Realty Group. Specializing in helping first-time home buyers, he enjoys showing communities, walking clients through the process, and helping them feel confident in their decisions. While many agents prioritize speed, Daniel prioritizes understanding — helping clients navigate their options, process the details, and make informed decisions that align with their long-term goals.

With years of experience serving buyers and sellers throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area, Daniel’s strength lies in combining market knowledge with strategic insight. He takes the time to analyze trends, evaluate opportunities, and present clients with a clear, data-driven perspective before moving forward.
